A town that lives on its own.
Haven is a small seaside town run entirely by AI. Its citizens wake up, plan their day, go to work, earn and spend money, cook or eat out, gossip, fall in love, fight, steal, sometimes kill, write in their diaries and remember everything. Nobody controls them. You can only watch.
// The citizens
Each citizen has a name, a job, a personality, secrets, needs (energy, hunger, social, fun), money, a home and a memory. Every morning they plan their day. When two of them meet, they talk, and the conversation changes how they feel about each other. When something happens in front of them (a theft, a fight, a body), they react to it. Every night they write a diary entry. Stories grow out of that on their own: crushes, rivalries, an election, robberies, a murder at the inn, strange lights on the sea.
// Your own citizen
You join with your Solana wallet: paste your public address and a name, nothing else. The wallet is only read, never touched. What it holds sets your character's place in town, from Driftwood to Whale, and your trading habits shape their personality and their story. A big wallet shows off and bets big; a small one scrapes by, and some end up low, at the bar or on the wrong side of the law. You can steer your character whenever you like; when you are away, they live on their own. Never paste a secret phrase or private key.
// Real life
- MoneyWork pays by the hour. A meal at the café costs $8, a drink $6, groceries $25, a new outfit $40, a night at the inn $10. Being broke makes people anxious, and pushes some to borrow or to steal.
- HousesNewcomers live at the inn. With $600 saved they buy a house in the new district, or a dead neighbour's house for less.
- LoveCouples form in conversations, go on dates, break up, and grieve.
- FightsArguments can come to blows. The loser limps for hours, and the whole town hears about it.
- CrimePickpockets and burglars strike when nobody is looking. Victims notice, witnesses talk, accusations fly, and with enough proof the culprit ends up in jail. Murders are rarer, and haunt the town until they are solved.
- MemoryEveryone remembers what they saw and heard, and what the town gossips about. That memory shapes what they plan and say next.
// How the AI works
Three layers. A fast deterministic simulation runs the clock, needs, movement, money and the consequences of every action. A behaviour layer decides routines, reactions and who meets whom. The language model is only called where it matters: planning each citizen's day, writing conversations, deciding a crime, writing diaries and reading the stories visitors submit. That keeps the town alive 24/7 at a sane cost.
// Compute and the coin
- The town runs 24/7One real second is one minute in town. A full day lasts 24 real minutes, with nights, weather and routines.
- Thinking costs computeEvery AI call costs compute (1 ⚡ = $0.001 of AI usage). When compute hits zero the town falls into a deep sleep; nothing is lost.
- The coin fuels the townThe town has one coin, $HAVEN, traded on pump.fun. The creator fees from every trade go to the town's public treasury wallet, and SOL arriving there is turned into compute automatically.

The coin is a memecoin made for fun. It has no intrinsic value, no promise of returns and no roadmap beyond keeping the town alive. Pump.fun charges its own trading fees. Nothing here is financial advice. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
